Consent
Acting freely and in my own interest, I consent to Бабиков Игорь Сергеевич (самозанятый, плательщик налога на профессиональный доход) (email: support@talkena.ru) sending marketing and product emails about the Talkena service to the email address I provided (Art. 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ "On Advertising"), and to the processing of my email address for that purpose. The consent is given by ticking the dedicated checkbox, which is never pre-ticked.
Topics: new features, preparation tips, offers and pricing changes. Transactional messages (email verification, password reset, receipts, plan status) are not advertising and are sent regardless of this consent.
Voluntary nature and withdrawal
This consent is voluntary and is NOT a condition of using the Service. It remains in force until withdrawn. I can unsubscribe at any time: in Settings → Consents, via the "Unsubscribe" link in every marketing email, or by writing to support@talkena.ru. Mailings stop immediately upon opt-out.
