User Agreement (Public Offer)

This is an informational translation. The legally binding version of the User Agreement is the Russian version at /legal/terms. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.

1.1. This User Agreement is a public offer (Art. 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) by Бабиков Игорь Сергеевич (самозанятый, плательщик налога на профессиональный доход) (the "Provider") to any individual with full legal capacity (the "User").

1.2. Registration, use of the guest mode, or payment for paid features constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement (Art. 438(3) of the Civil Code).

1.3. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older.

The Provider grants access to an automated online English-practice service for workplace IT scenarios with AI-generated feedback. The services are informational; they do not constitute educational activity under Federal Law No. 273-FZ (no curricula, no instructors, no certification). The Service does not guarantee any specific outcome (job offers, employment, income growth); AI-generated scores are indicative only.

Users must provide accurate data and keep their credentials secure. Unlawful use, attempts to disrupt the Service, bypass plan limits, automated scraping, and prompt injection are prohibited. Do not enter third parties’ personal data or your employer’s confidential information into free-text fields. User content is not published and is processed only to provide the services; intellectual property in the Service belongs to the Provider.

Paid plans: Sprint (one-time, 7 days), Basic (30 days), Pro (30 days). Prices in RUB are shown on the Pricing page and fixed at the moment of payment. There is NO auto-renewal and no recurring charges: every payment is initiated and confirmed by the User. Payments are processed by the Robokassa payment service (OOO «ROBOKASSA»); card data never reaches the Provider. The Provider applies the self-employment tax regime; a receipt issued under Federal Law No. 422-FZ is sent by email.

The User may cancel paid services at any time (Art. 32 of the RF Consumer Protection Law): a full refund before access is activated; afterwards — a refund of the paid amount less the pro-rata value of full calendar days of access already provided. Refund requests are handled within 10 calendar days to the original payment method.

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy); consent is executed as a separate document (/legal/consent) as required by Art. 9(1) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Voice is never used to identify the User. The Provider is liable under Russian law; nothing in this Agreement limits statutory consumer rights. Claims: refund-related — answered within 10 calendar days, others — within 30. Consumers may sue under the jurisdiction rules of Art. 17 of the Consumer Protection Law. Governing law: Russian Federation.
